General Questions
Which documents can you translate?
We translate all official Mongolian government documents including birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, diplomas, transcripts, police clearances, property certificates, bank statements, employment certificates, and 100+ more document types from eMongolia services.
What languages do you translate to?
We primarily translate from Mongolian to English, Japanese, and Korean — the most common languages needed for visa, immigration, and study abroad applications. We also support Russian as a source language.
Are your translations officially certified?
Yes. We offer certified translations with an official stamp that are accepted by embassies, immigration offices, universities, and government agencies worldwide. Select the “Certified / Official Stamp” option when ordering.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does translation take?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Urgent delivery is available within 24 hours for an additional 20,000 ₮ fee.
How do I receive my translation?
Once your translation is completed, you will receive an email notification. You can then log into your account and download the translated document as a PDF directly from the “My Orders” section.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files up to 20MB per upload. For best results, upload a clear, high-resolution scan or photo of your document.
Can I order multiple documents at once?
Yes. You can place separate orders for each document. If you need to translate many documents, please contact us for a bulk discount.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing calculated?
Base price starts at 25,000 ₮ per document. Additional pages cost 10,000 ₮ each. Urgent delivery adds 20,000 ₮ and official certification adds 10,000 ₮. You can see the full price breakdown on the order page before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure WooCommerce checkout including card payments and local Mongolian payment options.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if the translation was not delivered or if there was a payment error. Once a translation is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not issued. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
Security & Privacy
Is my document secure?
Yes. All uploaded documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are stored on secure private servers and are not publicly accessible. Your documents are automatically deleted after 60 days.
Who has access to my documents?
Only our verified translators and administrators can access your documents for the sole purpose of completing your translation order. We never share your documents with third parties.
Do you store my personal information?
We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and retention.
