By using TranslateMN services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TranslateMN provides professional translation services for official Mongolian documents. Translations are performed by qualified human translators and are intended for official use.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate documents and information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit documents for translation. You must not submit fraudulent or illegal documents.

4. Payment

All payments must be completed before translation begins. Prices are in MNT and include applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through WooCommerce.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is 2-3 business days. Urgent delivery is 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on document complexity.

6. Document Retention

Uploaded documents are stored securely and automatically deleted after 60 days. Completed translations are available for download for 60 days after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

TranslateMN is not responsible for rejection of translations by third parties. We guarantee accuracy but cannot guarantee acceptance by specific authorities.
